God saw the roads were getting rough, the hills were hard to climb, He gently closed his loving eyes, and whispered "Peace be Thine". His days of Toil, his nights of pain, his weary hours have past, his patient worn, torn frame, has found sweet rest in the Lord. God who knoweth all things best, eased his suffering, and gave him rest. He is gone but not forgotten. Never will our memories fade. Sweetest thoughts will forever linger round the place he rest
