Roderick Kirk Fisher aka Yogi, Bear, Man, Good Yog was born July 20, 1961 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Jamie Fisher and Tellus Robinson, Jr.  He transitioned to his heavenly home on September 9, 2018.

At the tender age of 9 years old Roderick acknowledged his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ at Pleasant Hill African Methodist Episcopal church under the leadership of Pastor W.E. Crudup where he remained a member until his death.

Yogi was employed with Sam Johnson Construction Company until he became disabled.  He attended the Benton Public School System graduating from Benton High School in 1979.  Yogi touched so many lives by his bright smile and zealous personality.  If he was present, you knew it!  He had his own special way with words.  Yogi brought out the best in all he came to know.

He was an avid Oakland Raiders fan, a great son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and friend.

Yogi enjoyed fishing, detailing cars, dancing, playing basketball, horseshoes, and playing card also spending precious time with his family and friends.

He was always willing to participate and serve in whatever capacity he could for his community.  He was proceeded in death by his Grandparents George and Odell Fisher, Tellus and Nannie Robinson, Sr., and his Brother Larry Peters.

Yogi leaves to cherish his precious Mother, Jamie Fisher, Father Tellus Robinson, Jr., Grandmother Georgia Fisher, 3 Daughters Alisha Lewis, Shanequa Lewis, Krenice Fisher and 1 son Byron Fisher; 8 Sisters Lavita Fisher, La-Juana Anderson (Runion), Donitta Fisher, Shirley Robinson, Kathleen Reed (Ron), Audrey Johnson, Sonja Bennett and Autumn Robinson; 2 Brothers Chris Robinson, Jerome Robinson, 10 Grandchildren, a special significant other Teresa Bankston and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
