Anita Clarissa Moss the daughter of the late Ruby Lee McNeely and Enoch E. Moss was born in Bell County, Texas on September 10, 1962. Anita was employed at Pulaski County Sheriff Department for 23 years and retired in 2017. Anita achieved and completed multiple courses of certification during her years at PCSD such as Staff Jailer, Objective Classification, Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc, and Hostage Negotiation and many more. Anita loved to fish and attend Blues Concerts. She loved her pets. Anita departed this life on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at her home in Sherwood. Anita was proceeded in death by parents, sister, and brother. She leaves to cherish her fondest memories her son Elliott S. Walker (Diovinni), grandson Kash. Julius, and Roman. Her siblings Rosalyn McNeely and Fredricka McNeely both of Malvern, Arkansas, and Debbie Moss. Two brothers: Alvin and Calvin (Olivia) McNeely both of Malvern, Arkansas. One aunt Alice Smith and One uncle Roscoe Booth. Anita was loved by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives and friends.
