Benny Ray "Pee Wee" Billups was born in Dermott, AR to the late Bernice Johnson and Herman Billups Sr. He attended Dermott Public Schools and later earned his GED as well as a certification in Plumbing. Pee Wee had many life experiences; he loved life and enjoyed living it to the fullest. Pee Wee was a man of many talents who enjoyed working with his hands as a mechanic, a landscaper and as a plumber. In addition to the love he had for his family, Pee Wee loved riding his bicycle around town and showing kindness towards everyone he met

Pee Wee knew the Lord and acknowledged him as his personal Savior

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernice Johnson and Herman Billups Sr.; one brother, Herman Billups Jr and two sisters, Vernestine Jordan and Shirley Dotson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: daughter: Elannie Billups; brothers: Linwood (Kathy) Johnson of Dayton, Ohio Bobby Billups of Mc ghee AR and Tony Billups of Little Rock AR,; sisters: Joe Ann (James) Shaw of Little Rock, AR, Rose (Hollis) Williams of Jacksonville, FL., Daisy (Curtis) Scroggins of Little Rock AR., Patricia Ashe of Jacksonville FL and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
