Bobbie Jean Carter Moore was born on July 1, 1946 in Malvern, Arkansas to the late Elder and Mrs. Tommy Lee and Marie Rose Carter. On July 19, 2024 at Chi St. Vincent hospital, she was called home to be with the heavenly father. Bobbie attended school at A.A. Wilson High School, and further her education in Cleveland, Ohio. She confessed and received the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age. She united with Mt. Willow Baptist Church. She was a faithful member. Bobbie worked for many years and retired from Bulksak. She loved cooking, fishing, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and love ones. She had a big caring heart especially for her grandchildren and great-grands. Bobbie was very outspoken and there was never a dull moment. In 1966, she married her soul mate Andrew Moore Jr. Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Moore Jr (2022); parents: Elder Tommy Lee, and Marie Carter; son: Andrew Lee Moore III; granddaughter: Leshia S Moore; great grandson Asa Lee Moore; sister: Patricia Hardgrove; brothers: Dalton Carter & Otis Flannigans Sr. Bobbie leaves to cherish her memories: sons: Johnny Moore of Hot Springs, AR and Larry (Telisha) Moore of Malvern, AR.; daughter: Maria (Leonard) Leach of Malvern, AR; brothers: Shirley Jean (Laura) Jones, Tommy Jones, and Jimmy Jones all of Malvern, AR. Dan Carter of Little Rock, AR, Tommy Lee (Cynthia) Carter of Cleveland, OH and Allen Carter of Cleveland, OH; sisters: Deborah Ramsey of Dallas, Texas and Tometta Mendenhall. Seventeen grandkids, and 31 great-grandkids, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Shroud of Grief Death is like a cold, gray shroud.
