Darlene Blair Osborn, 79 of Bryant, Arkansas formerly of Scott County, Tennessee passed away April 14, 2023 at Chi St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Arkansas. Darlene was born in Scott County, Tennessee and was a graduate of Robbins High School. She was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Darlene was preceded in death by husband: Glenn Osborn; sons: Michael and Keith Osborn; parents: Frank Blair and Aree Elliott Blair; sister: Carol Blair Lindsey. She leaves to cherish her memories brother: James (Carolyn) Blair of Rockwood, Tennessee
