David Dewayne Robinson, known best as "Shady," left his earthly home on Friday, December 29, 2023. He came into this world on October 29, 1975, in Malvern, Arkansas, to his parents, Linda Barnett and the late William Robinson, Sr. Shady attended Malvern public schools and was part of the Class of 1993. He was knowledgeable in a lot of areas and never let the opportunity pass to let everyone know it. Shady found a church home at First Baptist Vine in May of 2009. A caring soul, David deeply loved his family. He found happiness spending time outdoors, especially fishing on calm lakes. Music, video games, cheering for his favorite team, the Las Vegas Raiders, and hanging out with his family and his dog, Miller, were his joys. Shady was preceded in passing by his daughter, Dalissa Robinson; father, William Robinson Sr.; brother, Philip Robinson; and sisters, Yolanda Collins and Latina Matlock. His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Karen Robinson, of Malvern, AR; his mother, Ms. Linda Barnett, of Hot Springs, AR; his children, Brendan Crites and Macy Crites of Hot Springs, AR; Christian Caradine of Dallas, TX; David Robinson Jr. and Davionne Robinson of Bryant, AR. He will also be remembered by his brothers, William (Robin) Robinson of Cherryville, NC; William Robinson III of Oakland, CA; Ronald (Carol) Robinson of Malvern, AR; sister Talitha Madison Frances of Hot Springs, AR; sister-in-law Shelia Robinson of Malvern, AR; a special cousin and brotherly figure, Ronnell F. Vaden of Dallas, TX; a special uncle, Victor Robinson of Malvern, AR; his treasured children of love: Darren Flie Jr. of Fayetteville, AR; Kadrian Flie and Jonavon Woodson of Malvern, AR. David leaves behind a vast circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives he touched.
