Debbra Jo Richardson was born January 9, 1951, in Malvern Arkansas to Johnnie Richardson and Lois Ann Richardson. She was the youngest of six siblings. She was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers, Johnnie J. Richardson, Huey Richardson, Dewey Richardson, and two sisters, Sylvia Fraction and Shirley Reed. She accepted Christ at an early age. She later united with Payne Chapel in Little Rock, Arkansas.

After completing High School in Malvern Arkansas, she continued her education in Capital City Business College and received her Degree in Business.

Debbra retired from the State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration after 32 years of faithful service.

Debbra married Edward C. Marsh, in 1972. To this union 3 children were born. Gerard l. Marsh, Siobhan A. Marsh and Serita L. Marsh.

Her legacy continues with her three grandchildren, Amari S. Marsh, Altrevian C. Bizzell and Aubri C. Marsh. Four great-grandchildren, Khloe, Kyler, Kayci and Arielle.

To cherish her memory and remember her love she leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends: Pamela Matthews, Virgie Jackson, Pamela Butler and Sandra McAdoo.
