Mrs. Deeniece " Ruby " Smith Lowe Turner, 47 of Dallas, Texas formerly of Texarkana, Texas transitioned on May 9, 2020 at Medical City Dallas Hospital-Dallas. Ruby was born on November 6, 1972 to the proud parents of Annie and the late Cecil Smith. She was the oldest of seven children. Ruby gave her life to Christ at an early age and was a active member of the Potter's House under the leadership of Bishop T.D Jakes.
Ruby leaves to cherish her memories her husband Glenn Banks; children Ronnieshia Ellis, Okarean Ellis, Exaveiar Houff, Ashanti Lowe, Jamarion Smith and Makalya Banks; grandchildren, Kaleb and Khalil Hays; siblings, Demetrus (Ricky) Golston , Cecilia (Scott) Smith, Elrodrick, Julius, Jonel, and Jeremy Smith and a host of other relatives.
