The Life and Legacy of "JJ" James Edward Moore Jr. of Little Rock, AR passed away on May 27, 2023. He was born to the late James Edward Moore Sr. and Merchel Mae Moore. James attended Oak Grove High School and Little Rock Adult Education. He worked at Taco Bell and Jimmy Johns as a cook. At a young age he showed the love for sports playing basketball and football with the Westside Steelers. JJ was smart, intelligent, energetic and a comedian who always was trying to bust a joke. James was the life of the party with his signature dance and always trying to sing. James would always lift you up when you were going through something. JJ will be truly missed. James was preceded in death by his father: James E. Moore Sr.; mother: Merchel M. Moore; niece: Ramonda Holmes; JJ leaves to cherish his memories sisters: Calera (Lonnie) Cummings, Rhoda Moore and Cavonna(Robert)Carneth; nieces: Rakale Holmes, Raleah Holmes, Camia(Jarrel)Henry and Jasmine Cummings; nephew: Deron Henry and a host of great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
