Joe "Red" Newborn was born on January 17, 1948 to the late Arthur Newborn & Jessie Hunter in Malvern, Arkansas.

He attended and graduated from Wilson High School Class of 1966. Joe was known by "Red" throughout Malvern. Red was a true Washington Redskins fan.

Joe will be forever missed and love by: Stepdaughter: Tina (Rickey) Avington of Malvern, Arkansas;Brothers: Charles Newton of Michigan and Larry Newborn of Malvern; Nieces: Daphine Wright of Allen, Texas; Special NieceTrashawna (Devin) Dismuke of Malvern, Arkansas; Nephews: Jackie Newborn of Alexander, Arkansas and Tristan Newton of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Goddaughter: Annette "Toni" Matlock of Malvern, Arkansas; Aunts: Lucy LeGrande and Ruby Bradford both of Malvern, Arkansas. He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to cherish his memories.

The family will be at 2705 Southgate Drive in Malvern, Arkansas
