Johnathan Clay Allen, 31 of Hot Springs, Arkansas transitioned on June 19, 2019.Johnathan is survived by his parents, Rick and Melissa Waters of Hot Springs, AR; his birth father Edwin Allen of Yazoo, MS; brothers: Micheal Meiners of Rosenberg, TX Richard Lee Waters and wife Laura of Donaldson, AR, Christopher (Kristen) Waters Erin, TN ; sisters Sara Allen of Katy, TX, Kayla Waters and fiance Derrick McCants of Willis, TX, Britney and Brandy Allen of Houston, TX; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
