Julia Carol Hart was born April 24, 1962 to Velma Jean Smith and Glen Lambert in Malvern, Arkansas. Julia attended and graduated from Malvern Senior High School. Julia worked at HSC Memorial Hospital Psych Health Unit for 21 years. She was also employed with First Step in Malvern Arkansas and worked as a Personal Care Aide in Bryant Arkansas.

Julia fought her last battle on March 6, 2019 Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock Arkansas.

She leaves to cherish her memoires, Husband: James Sydney Roberts;Son: Raul Hart Parents: Glynn Lambert of Vallejo, CA and Velma Gray; Grandfather Thomas Smith ;Godson Khendal Reed. Sister:YaLonda Lambert;Aunts: Carolyn Ann Hill of Benton, Arkansas; Theresa Smith of Malvern, Arkansas; Sharon Kaye (Lewis) Turner of Malvern, Arkansas,Jan Lambert of Malvern, Arkansas and Marge Goldsmith of Pine Bluff, Arkansas;Uncles:Mark Lambert; Raymond Lambert; Clark (Trinnie) of Malvern, Arkansas,Alan (Desiree) Smith of Frisco, Texas,Dwight Lambert of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lloyd (Linda) Lambert of Texas, James (Flora) Lambert of Kansas, Jerry Lambert of Las Vagas, Nevada. A host of extended family and friends.
