Obituary

Lisa L. Toney was born in 1966 to Ben Milton and Versa Lee Milton. She transitioned from this life surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of strength, laughter, and compassion. A proud graduate of Bearden High School, Class of 1985, Lisa went on to dedicate over 30 years of service as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. John’s Place in Fordyce, Arkansas. Through her work, she cared for countless individuals with kindness, patience, and dignity, making a lasting impact on the lives of those she served. To know Lisa was to love her. She was more than just a mother—she was a best friend, a sister, a life coach, and a guiding light. She had a joyful spirit, a quick sense of humor, and a way of making people feel at home in her presence. She loved deeply, spoke truth with care, and always knew how to lift the spirits of those around her. Her greatest joy was her family, and she poured her heart into every relationship she had. Her love, wisdom, and laughter will continue to live on in all who knew her. Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Versa Lee Milton; her brothers, Jerry Lynn Milton and Stanley Milton; and her sister, Roxie Ann Rabion. Lisa leaves behind her father, Ben Milton, along with her children, family members, and a host of loved ones and friends who will forever cherish her memory. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Her legacy of love, strength, and care will remain in the hearts of all she touched.

"For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Romans 8:38-39
