Sister Ray Evelyn Moore was born 9/19/1948 to the late Virgil Moore & Rosie Lee Williams Moore, in Fordyce, Arkansas.

She attended and graduated from the J.E. Wallace School in Fordyce, Arkansas. She later attended AM&N college, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Ray united with the Jerusalem Baptist Church at an early age. She was a member of the Heavenly Choir, the junior choir and after reaching the age of adult, she joined the Young Adult Choir. Ray was a former member of the Eastern Star loving sisters Chapter # 353.

Ray leaves to cherish her memory Children: Stacy Moore, Diane Rodgers of Benton, Arkansas & Melanie Moore of Fordyce, Arkansas; brothers: Troy Moore and Kenneth Moore all of Fordyce, Arkansas; 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren & other relatives & friends.
