Mr. Richard R. Mayhew, 73 of Bismarck, AR. passed on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Happy Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation- Malvern. Cremation Services were under the direction of Samuel L. Vance & Sons Funeral Directors
