IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sharon D.
Sanders
January 20, 1980 – October 29, 2022
The Beginning: On a clear day, January 20, 1980 in Willingboro, New Jersey, Sharon Diant'e Sanders was born to Jannette Eleice Sanders. This beautiful day was indicative of Sharon's personality and spirit; clear and expressive. She came into this world as a fighter and lover of life. Her Youth: Sharon was an avid student not only in school but excelled in everything she attempted. She maintained excellent grades and took pride in the fact she could speak Spanish and her ability to recall fact in most areas. At a young age, she surrended her life to Christ and under the pastorage of the late Supt. R. N. Sanders, serving the West End COGIC, Malvern. From that day on, she never looked back. One of her greatest joys was to compete in Bible drills, Bible Trivia, and Bible Essays. Her memorization of the scripture was truly hidden in her heart as she would encourage others to do likewise. Sharon encountered many obstacles and health scares; but God delivered her and she never loss her faith and belief in HIM. Sharon loved hard and required nothing in return. She gave it freely. Her mother (Curly Head Girl) as she called her was her mentor. When you saw one, you saw the other. She was constantly at her side, making sure she lacked nothing. Even though she was the middle child, her brothers, Nathan, Michael, and bonus brother BJ (Brown Spot) were her babies, her pride and joy. She prayed for them and wanted them to know the God she believed in and served. She had no problem encouraging them to go to church. She love family and life with a passion. She was always giving and striving to make others happy. She believed the Word of God. She was full of hospality and was often found helping and serving others regardless of their role in life. Serving her uncles and her pastor was a special service for her. She wanted to do all she could to make life good for them. She believed the pastor was worthy of double honor. She served West End COGIC faith and in many areas. You could find her in the kitchen preparing meals for the entire church. She also served as Sunday School teacher and Chair of the Anniversary Committee. In the Refreshing Springs District, she was the financial secretary and District Women's Department Secretary. She believed in the financial support of both local, district, and state affairs of the Church. Setting: Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Deacon Willie Sanders, and grandparent, Superintendent R. N and Msn. Edna Sanders. She will forever be missed by her mother, Jannette Sanders, brothers; Nathan Sanders (Tenesha), Michael Sanders (Jennifer) bonus brother BJ (Brown Spot); three nieces, Keyanah, Mya, and Mariah. Two nephews, Nathan and Atticus. Host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends. Lord, if I got my ticket, can I ride? If I got my ticket, Lord, can I ride? If I got my ticket, Lord, can I ride? Up to heaven on that mornin' Samuel L. Vance & Sons Funeral Directors " The Epitome of Service "
