Sonja Cozzetta "Kay" Moss was born on November 4, 1963 to the late Enoch "June Bug" Moss and Ruby Muhammad. Kay received her Wings on September 22, 2022
Kay received her biblical teaching at Calvary Church of God in Christ under the leadership of JW Harrison and most recently she attended Personal Touch Ministries International under the leadership of Pastor Roy & Denise Bailey.
Kay was a member of the Pep Club and worked at Popplos while in high school. She graduated in 1982 from Malvern High School. Kay worked at Pollen Weed Eater in Nashville, Arkansas for over five years, Steel Metal in Malvern, Arkansas and various other jobs including retail and a daycare.
Although Kay was an outspoken person who didn't mind expressing herself, she was genuine people who love people. Before Kay health begun to decline she would do what she could to help her family. Kay was a free spirit who didn't have a problem packing a bag or traveling to various cities and states; Dallas being her favorite. Kay was Frankie Beverly and Maze #1 fan. She loved cooking especially frying fish. Kay was a master in her own rights with the grease and skillet. She was very proud of flashing her gold tooth which warmed your heart with her smile.
Kay was preceded in death by parents: Enoch Moss & Ruby Muhammad; brother: Miles Moss; grandparents: Jimmy & Velma Moss, Elder Fred & Mary McNeely; aunt: Geneva Nolen; nephew: Carter Lee and dearest friend: Deborah Henderson
Kay leaves to cherish her memories daughter: Sandra Brianna McCoy; grandchildren who were her heart beats: Sa'nyla and Sa'Miha "Pudding " Brim;siblings: Anita Moss of Sherewood, Arkansas, Rosalyn Rocky McNeely, Alvin and Calvin McNeely, Fredrika McNeely all of Malvern Arkansas and Malachi Moss of Arizona; uncles: Elijah McNeely of Milwaukee Wisconsin James McNeely of Little Rock Arkansas; aunt: Mary Tiny McNeely of Malvern Arkansas; great aunt who she adore Alice Jones of Chicago, Illinois; cousin Rosco and Willie Booth of Malvern, Arkansas; god child: Regina Haymon ;devoted friends Deborah Ann McClinton of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Ida Ross of Hope, Arkansas, Tijaunta Mcadoo of Malvern, Arkansas and Earnestine "Mama Chicken " Henderson.
