Susie Moore was born on November 17, 1951, to the late J.D. and Mary Magalean Willis in Blevins, Ar. Susie was the baby of her parents' children. On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, Susie Lee Moore age 72 of Malvern, AR transitioned to her heavenly home.
Susie accepted Christ at an early age and continued to keep God first in her life here on earth. Her faith and praying spirit were never waived.She worked at Arkady as a presser for many years until she retired so that she could care for her mother during her last days. She was a loving and caring sister, mother, grandmother, auntie, and friend to many.
Susie could be found in her spare time caring for her children and grandchildren. Her kindness and generosity were well known, and she had a loving heart. She had such a loving spirit. She loved cooking for her family, friends, and whoever needed a hot meal, a place to live, and clothing. She was always willing to help others in need. She was known for her famous chicken spaghetti and fried chicken. Susie could also be found casting a line patiently and ready to hook a fish. She was an inspiration to all who knew her.
Susie was proceded in death by sister: Nancy Willis;brother: James Willis; special niece: Wilma Willis.
Susie is survived by a companion of 30-plus years George Marvin Amos SR of Malvern, Arkansas; children: Jerry Moore, Tamekia Highsmith and Kay Moore all of Malvern, Arkansas; bonus children: George Amos Jr of Florida and Paris Highsmith of Malvern; granddaughters: Jamaica Moore, Calaya Lock, De'Coldess Hogan, Sa'niyah Hawkins, and Kyleigh Allen all of Malvern; grandsons: Djmore Moore, Dakovon Blackman, Kayln Smith, Corbin Danner all of Malvern,Jamarion Amos of Florida. Davion Highsmith, Corean Lock, Braedyn Sims, and Michael Snowden all of Malvern; nine great-grandchildren.
Susie's best friend for many years was Hattie Redic and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
