On January 17, 1979 Tyrick was born to the late Joyce Ann Morris-Thomas in South Carolina. The family later returned to Greenville, MS when Tyrick was just a young boy. Tyrick and his brothers were blessed to see many places as they traveled with their mother during their youth. In the late 80's, Tyrick settled in Arkansas with his mother and brothers where he attended Malvern Schools and began to make friends and establish himself as the goofy, fun and loving person that he was. From his youth in Malvern, he established an unbreakable bond with Ty Dobbins whom he shared more than 20 years of friendship with. Tyrick enjoyed fishing and although he didn't play football himself, he was a big fan of the Seattle Seahawks football team. Tyrick always had a heart for children. All of his younger cousins affectionately referred to him as "uncle". Tyrick leaves to cherish five children of his own: Tyrieka Grace of Norwich,CT; Aiden Rose, Tyson Cooper, Chasney Cooper and Tyrick Cooper Jr, all of Malvern, AR. Tyrick also leaves to cherish his memory three brothers: Louis Cooper of Cincinnati, OH, Marcus Cooper of VA and Philip Cooper of Little Rock, AR. To carry on his love and legacy he leaves a very special aunt Carolyn Morris, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
