Mr. Willie Lee Millen, 95 of Forrest City, Arkansas passed on Tuesday, July 24th, 2018 at his home surrounded by is loving family.Born April 19, 1923 in St Francis County, AR to the late John and Mattie Thompson Millen. Willie Lee was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Mary Roebuck on December 2, 1947.He retired from Halstead Industries after many years of service.On May 2, 1997 Willie Lee married the late Rosa Lee Wilson.Willie Lee was a faithful Deacon at the St John MB Church, until he became ill and was unable to attend services as he desired; but he continued to pray and read his bible daily. He loved singing and giving God praise for his life.
Willie Lee is preceded in death by daughter: Ora Mae Wade; son: George Keith Millen; sisters: Mary Deal and Bernice Millen; brothers: Tommie Lee Sr., Zack, James, Hayes and Jerome Millen.
He leaves to cherish his memories: sisters; Maudie King of Forrest City AR and Johnnie Randle of Frisco, TX; nine children: Theresa (Brain) White of Jonesboro AR., Linda Harris, Reginald (Shirley) Millen, and Berry Millen of Little Rock AR., Charles (Irene) Millen of Colt AR., Louis Roebuck of Los Angeles, CA., Willie Ann Jones, Sherry Washington of Forrest City, AR, with special memories to caregiver Oliver Millen, and 39 grandchildren, 100 great grandchildren, and 26 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and one special grandcchild.
